Core OT offers mobile occupational therapy services in Brisbane for children, adults and older people. Our occupational therapists come to your home, school or community setting. As a result, therapy happens where daily life happens, and you do not need to travel to a clinic.

Our Assessments and Therapy
- Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA): a detailed report on daily function for NDIS planning and plan reviews.
- Standardised Assessment: validated tools that measure development, thinking and daily living skills.
- Assistive Technology: assessment, trial and prescription of equipment.
- Home Modifications: OT assessments and reports for rails, ramps and bathroom changes.
- Housing Assessment: evidence for NDIS home and living supports such as SIL and SDA.
- Therapy Services: paediatric OT, rehabilitation, mental health OT and daily living skills.
Who Our Occupational Therapy Services Help
We support people with disability, injury, developmental differences or age-related changes. For example, we help children build fine motor and self-care skills, and we help older people stay safe and independent at home. In addition, we work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, Home Care Package recipients and private clients. Please note that Core OT is currently unable to service NDIA-managed clients.
How It Works
First, you contact us and tell us about your goals. Next, your OT visits you to complete an assessment. After that, we agree a plan and start therapy or write your report.
