    What Happens After You Contact Us

    First, we reply to your enquiry and ask a few questions about your goals and funding. Next, we book a home visit at a time that suits you. After that, your OT completes an assessment and explains the next steps. Finally, we send you a clear plan or written report.

    Do I need a referral? No referral is needed to contact Core OT. NDIS participants can reach out directly. If you have a plan manager or support coordinator, they can also contact us on your behalf.

    Which NDIS participants do you work with? We work with both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as privately funded clients.

    What should I bring to my first appointment? Please have your NDIS plan or relevant funding documentation ready. Our therapist will guide you through the rest of the process at your first session.
