Core OT is a mobile NDIS occupational therapy service based in Brisbane, Queensland. Our friendly team of experienced occupational therapists comes to you — at your home, school, workplace or community setting — so you can receive quality OT support in the environment that matters most.

Do I need a referral? No referral is needed to contact Core OT. NDIS participants can reach out directly. If you have a plan manager or support coordinator, they can also contact us on your behalf.
Are you NDIS registered? Yes, Core OT is a registered NDIS provider. We work with both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as privately funded clients.
What should I bring to my first appointment? Please have your NDIS plan or relevant funding documentation ready. Our therapist will guide you through the rest of the process at your first session.
